But i’ve found that using an electronic health record’s built-in reporting tool really helps streamline ADR documentation. It allows for quick entry and real-time updates, which can enhance accuracy as new medications roll out. Just be sure to also provide some training to staff on how to use it effectively — it’s amazing how often that gets overlooked.

It’s so frustrating when ADRs aren’t reported properly, especially with all the changes in meds. I’ve started using an online dashboard that lets our team log reactions as they happen, and it really helps us to keep everything organized. Might not be for everyone, but it’s been a game changer for us.
